Local Control Accountability Plan Support Meeting - Shared screen with speaker view
Will the County be reaching out to us to ask about our public hearing date and advertising in local newspapers?
Yes as we do each year, the business department will be reaching out to every district to request their public hearing date and adoption date for both the LCAP and adopted budget. The BOP will be part of the LCAP.

Will what is being introduced now be discussed again much more slowly so we can ask questions?
Thank you, Heidi. We will cover this in more depth when it is adopted.
What is being shared is currently still a draft that has not been adopted.
Thanks Joy. Appreciate it.
So, we're expected to report on 19-20 actuals AND on 20-21 actuals, AND report on our 21-22 goals at the same time? or just 2 years of actuals?
Ching-Pei, Vinita will address budget questions from the annual update next.
Ok this is very confusing. Can there be a chart that is put out that spells this out clearly.
The draft is for the 20-21, Right?
A chart would be helpful with dates
Annual Update (2019-20) -Actual Annual expenditures. Annual Update (2020-21 LCP) - Estimated Actual Expenditures
Will, when the annual updates are finalized, we will provide this information in more depth.
Leticia, I agree, a chart will help to spell out the requirements clearly.
